New Clinical Director for the Network

The Southern Haemophilia Network would like to announce Dr Sarah Mangles as the new Clinical Director for the Network, taking over from Dr Savita Rangarajan.

The Network would like to thank Dr Rangarajan’s hard work as Clinical Director over the past 3 years. Dr Rangarajan was the visionary of the Network which has strived for better collaboration and team working between haemophilia sites. She believed that by working together the Network could deliver better care for patients and for the NHS.

Dr Mangles will now take that vision forward, having worked closely with Dr Rangarajan since the announcement of the Network in 2013. She believes in further developing the Network into a service providing excellence in care, close to home where possible, and generating research opportunities that will put the Network at the centre of cutting edge developments in haemophilia care.
