Updated Ways to Contact Us – Basingstoke
On Wednesday 13th March the phone system at the Haemophilia, Haemostasis and Thrombosis centre was updated to make calling the centre easier for patients and staff.
The new system has several new features including the ability to request a call back if you find you can’t wait on the line for an answer to your call.
The change does mean that there will be a change to our process for out of hours calls. If you need to get hold of the on call consultant, outside of the Centre hours of 9am to 5pm please call the main hospital switchboard on 01256 473202 and ask for the On-Call Haemophilia Consultant.
In addition, our alternative numbers for the SHN Office and Research Office were also changed.
